GMAR has named Filomena Siner, a Realtor® with Century 21 Jack Associates in Waterbuy, as the recipient of its prestigious Realtor® of the Year Award.
Filomena grew up in Rhode Island and is a native of Italy. She graduated from Rhode Island College in 1985 with a degree in Communications and later attended the University of Rhode Island for graduate classes in education. Filomena grew up in the restaurant business and after college, had a successful career in broadcast sales in a major market. For ten years, she ran a successful, high volume coffee/deli business having grown the company to multiple locations. In 2003, she and her family relocated to the Mad River Valley, her husband’s childhood home. They now live in Waterbury.
Filomena has drawn from my many life experiences. She translates that to providing the highest degree of customer service, going above and beyond expectations. She can identify with being a first time homebuyer, relocating her family and the entire contents of a house and making life changing decisions regarding real estate. She has been a Realtor® since 2006 and specializes in residential, multi-family and land purchases and sales in Central Vermont.
