The Green Mountain Association of Realtors® is hosting a membership party on June 18 to celebrate our new association! As you know, GMAR is the result of a merger between the Central Vermont, Rutland County and Northeast Kingdom Boards of Realtors®. As GMAR, our association has built a strong Realtor® alliance that will help us better serve our Realtor® and affiliate members. We hope you’ll join us for an afternoon and evening of networking and fun.
The event will start with a FREE 2-hour CE class on The New Mortgage Regulations and Changes to Closing Procedures. This class will help our members understand changes made by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) to disclosure forms used during the mortgage process. This is important information to Realtors® and consumers. Read more about the CFPB rules here.
Immediately following this class, we hope you’ll join us for a welcome reception followed by a BBQ buffet dinner and dancing beginning at 5pm
This event is free to GMAR members. Guests are welcome to attend the dinner and dance for a registration fee of $40.
