Each year, a delegation of members from Vermont Realtors® participates in the National Association of Realtor’s® Legislative Meetings in Washington, D.C. This meeting gives members an opportunity to take an active role to advance the real estate industry, public policy and the Realtor® association. Members participate in special issues forums, committee meetings, legislative activities, and visits with their congressional representatives.
This year, GMAR and other Vermont Realtors® members met with Vermont Senator Patrick Leahy, representatives from the office of Senator Bernie Sanders, and with Representative Peter Welch.
