Vermont Realtors® is offering the Broker Pre-Licensing course starting in July. This required 40-hour course will prepare you to assume the responsibilities of a real estate brokerage. You’ll get insights into management and communication skills, how to structure your business, and specific responsibilities that come with this important designation.
