The State of Vermont’s COVID-19 strategy is constantly evolving to reduce the spread of the virus and keep Vermonters working. To that end, VAR has updated the Real Estate Access Questionnaire to include a question about vaccination. VAR recommends that members use this form every time anyone accesses a property. While not required, it is considered a best practice for all members. The updated form is now available in DotLoop. You can download a copy below for customization.
